TOPPERS UNIFORMS STAFF TRAINING

It is our duty to make sure our customers are served by a well-trained, etiquette and highly adaptive staff. Training the staff on new operational procedures, customer handling, service efficiency as well as broad knowledgeability on our core business were some of the key focus points. For any team to work together it is important for the individuals that make up the team to be familiar with each other and create relationships that will be beneficial in carrying out our duties to the client with full competency. Games were used to this effect. Thank you to the organizers and the participating staff, not forgetting Afrilodge our venue host who offered us an open, beautiful and serene environment.

It was an honour to be present at Townsend High School for the 2023 Speech and prize giving day event. The event was well organised and well executed giving students, their parents, staff and stakeholders a rush of adrenalin and inspiration. As Toppers Uniforms we were given the privilege to contribute to the smooth flow of the event as well as meet other key players who have given themselves to the development and furthering the course of education at the school, THS. NON FORMAL DETERGENTS, CRAFTS AND ARTIFACTS SCHOOL COMPETITION HOSTED BY VIRTUOUS WOMEN’S INSTITUTE PART 1

TOPPERS UNIFORMS IN ATTENDANCE TO THE NON FORMAL DETERGENT, CRAFTS AND ARTIFACTS SCHOOL COMPETITION AT DRILL HALL HOSTED BY VIRTUOUS WOMEN'S INSTITUTE Virtuous Women's Institute organized a competition for primary and secondary schools whereby students got to equip themselves with the knowledge and use of skills and resources to develop products such as dishwashing liquid, art and ornamental crafts from grassroot level. These products were meant for the commercial industry of Zimbabwe. Toppers Uniforms participated in the event as judge panelists alongside other faculties of education, vetting the student's creativity in product design. Toppers Uniforms was excited for the opportunity to interact and connect with the school representatives and respective pupils. Our gifts (in the form of rulers, caps and hats) to the schools are a drop in the ocean in comparison to what we are committed to doing in the near future in giving back to the community and stakeholders. We look forward to part two of the competition which will be held in December 2023. It would be on this day that the ultimate winner of the competition will be announced.
