It is our duty to make sure our customers are served by a well-trained, etiquette and highly adaptive staff.

Training the staff on new operational procedures, customer handling, service efficiency as well as broad knowledgeability on our core business were some of the key focus points.

For any team to work together it is important for the individuals that make up the team to be familiar with each other and create relationships that will be beneficial in carrying out our duties to the client with full competency. Games were used to this effect.

Thank you to the organizers and the participating staff, not forgetting Afrilodge our venue host who offered us an open, beautiful and serene environment.
